I want my design to reflect that I strive to put my heart and soul into every activity I do, as though I am doing it for the Lord Himself and not merely for others.
After finishing school as a homeschooled student in 2019, I did an online graphic design short course through Red and Yellow Creative School of Business in 2020 for which I earned an CUM Laude.
In 2021 I did an online User Centered Design certificate through Red and Yellow Creative School of Business. I love UX design and what it aims to accomplish. I regularly use UX concepts in my graphic design work to give my work something extra.
Doing freelance design work, especially branding excites me. To see the finished product and how much value it adds to the client is what inspires me. I also paint with watercolor regularly, and have developed a notebook range featuring some of my artwork.
Claudi Lourens Creative Studio is a studio that includes photography, design and painting. The studio is diverse as it includes a variety of creative disciplines but also sophisticated as I strive to do everything with the excellence that is required of me by Colossians 3:23.
My hobbies are painting, photography, reading, hand lettering and I love creating art in my journaling Bible.
Photography is my other passion and I love being able to show people how beautiful God's creation is through my photography. I have been practicing photography for 6 years now, and I belong to a photography club that helps me stretch and develop it further . My favorite photography subjects are birds, wildlife, nature and macro. I use a Canon EOS 90D camera, with a Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM C lens and Canon ef 100mm f/2.8l macro is usm lens.
