Kruger National Park trip
We went to the Kruger in July. Altough it was winter we had quite a few new sightings, especially some of the Cisticolas like the Rattling cisticola, Lazy cisticola and a Neddicky. They are very hard to identify so we took pictures of them and also used their calls to identify them.
We also saw a Yellow-billed oxpecker and a Marico flycatcher, but we didn't see a lot of Blue waxbills, we only saw them twice. We saw both the Brown-crowned and Black-crowned Tchagras. We suspect that the drought has an effect on the birds.
